OpenClaw is open-source software developed and maintained by third parties. ClawEasy is not the developer, owner, or maintainer of OpenClaw. We provide installation and configuration services only. We make no guarantees regarding OpenClaw's functionality, security, or continued development.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClawEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or security breaches. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawEasy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, violation of any law, or third-party claims related to your use of OpenClaw.

9. Data & Security

ClawEasy may temporarily access your server, network, and accounts during the setup process. We will not intentionally retain any personal data beyond what is required to complete the setup. You are responsible for changing any credentials shared with us after your appointment concludes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

The 30-day support window covers setup-related issues only. The following fall outside our support scope:

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve any disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration. Class actions are not permitted.
