1. Overview
These terms govern your use of ClawEasy's OpenClaw installation and configuration services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
ClawEasy offers:
- Remote installation and configuration of OpenClaw on your server, VPS, or local machine
- Security hardening and network configuration
- 30 days of post-setup support via email or direct message
We reserve the right to modify the scope, pricing, and availability of our services at any time.
3. Payment & Refunds
- All fees are one-time charges processed through Stripe
- Payments are non-refundable once the setup appointment has been completed
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before your scheduled appointment
- If ClawEasy is unable to complete the setup due to circumstances on our end, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Back up all data before your appointment — ClawEasy is not responsible for data loss
- Provide timely access and any necessary credentials for your server or VPS
- Ensure the information you provide about your hardware and network is accurate
- Confirm your use of OpenClaw complies with all applicable laws and any third-party service terms
5. Third-Party Software Disclaimer
OpenClaw is open-source software developed and maintained by third parties. ClawEasy is not the developer, owner, or maintainer of OpenClaw. We provide installation and configuration services only. We make no guarantees regarding OpenClaw's functionality, security, or continued development.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClawEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or security breaches. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawEasy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, violation of any law, or third-party claims related to your use of OpenClaw.
9. Data & Security
ClawEasy may temporarily access your server, network, and accounts during the setup process. We will not intentionally retain any personal data beyond what is required to complete the setup. You are responsible for changing any credentials shared with us after your appointment concludes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Post-Setup Support
The 30-day support window covers setup-related issues only. The following fall outside our support scope:
- Software updates or new feature requests
- Issues caused by changes you made after setup
- Third-party service outages
- Hardware failures
- Network modifications made by you or your provider
11. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve any disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration. Class actions are not permitted.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
