During your setup appointment, we may access your server, network, and accounts as needed to complete the installation. We commit to:

• Not storing your passwords or credentials after the appointment concludes
• Only accessing what is necessary to complete the setup

• Booking and contact information is retained as long as necessary to provide our services
• Payment records are kept as required by tax and accounting regulations

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. After setup, OpenClaw runs locally on your hardware — your data stays on your machine and is not transmitted to ClawEasy.
