During your setup appointment, we may access your server, network, and accounts as needed to complete the installation. We commit to:

- Not storing your passwords or credentials after the appointment concludes
- Only accessing what is necessary to complete the setup

- Booking and contact information is retained as long as necessary to provide our services

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. After setup, OpenClaw runs locally on your hardware โ your data stays on your machine and is not transmitted to ClawEasy.
